Hi, I’m Blake. I moved to SLC in 2012 and have been raising my family in District 3 since 2016. I’ve been very involved in our community, serving on the board of the Greater Avenues Community Council (GACC) and helping to organize the annual Avenues Street Fair. My kids attend Ensign Elementary and we have been very involved in supporting and volunteering at the school. Last but not least, we just became an Avenues baseball family last fall and have thoroughly enjoyed that community.

Professionally, I build software and work in tech. I have helped scale several Utah based startups to IPO and acquisition. I’ve been a leader in Utah’s tech sector for more than a decade. I founded and was President of Silicon Slopes SLC for 5 years. I also am Vice Chair of the Utah Tech Leads board.

When I’m not working, spending time with my family, or volunteering, you can finding me running with my dog Blue or riding my bike.
